Storyline:

Ruhaan Randhawa meets Reet Thakur, who is traveling home to Sagar for her wedding on a bus via Chandigarh 18 years later, in the present-day state of Himachal Pradesh in 2022. The two shortened their trip in order to attend a music festival. The bus they were supposed to be on crashes into a ditch, killing everyone on board. Reet attempts to contact her family, who believe she has passed away; while on the phone, she overhears her cousin Trisha and her boyfriend Sagar and realizes they are in love. Reet decides to temporarily play dead so that Trisha and Sagar can wed. Reet and Ruhaan arrive in Bhawanigarh and take refuge in the abandoned ancestral palace, where the spirit is imprisoned.
